Anybody else notice this?

It doesn't register normal hs for me, and it never registers wallshots whether they are hs or body shot.

Ive noticed this Just A fEw Days Ago But when i didnt no about it
I hakusated Because i Thought
Hack.ers Were 1 Shotting me ( 1 hit KO hack )
but then i noticed it and now when i get Golden i get accused and yesh in search and Destroy modDe this ALso Happeneds Emagin someone sending in a Replay and getting Banned for this ... ( you no what i mean 1 shotting )
