ok guys well i was thinking about editing my version u know kill marks and stuff so i wanted to know u have ur health bar and a mark showing what class you are(spop sas) and i was wondering were i go to change it to a smily face (cuz i feel like it) plz help

That is part of the HUD, which is in the game's interface, not UI. It would be impossible to change without coding or graphics/rendering change. OH and gj stealing a mod's pic. your so original ;D
