I'm pretty sure it said in the mall you can't expand your clan past 100 spots.

I thought that, but I've always seen the top clans stopping at 100. With this exception.

Uh, it's like.. Somehow, when you're @ 98 or 99 members, and there's few applications, you're able to accept them all.
