Notice that most are BM temporary guns.
The only permanent weapons he has are :

SG
and Tommy.

He means that all those guns you have with the "" at the end aren't permanent.They are gonna expire as soon as the time on it does.And by break them,he means sue them till they are useless so you save up money on not having to repair your permanent guns,because Black market guns don't loose accuracy.

I tend to not use any BM guns unless I'm breaking them.
Bag one: AK47
Bag two: M700 or SG552 with Anaconda
Bag three: M60
Bag Four: Thompson

I'm amazed that someone with that many BM guns doesn't have an AWM or DE and yet have 4 bags. I like my main bags
Bag one: AK47-scope + Anaconda-adv
Bag two: AWM+Desert Eagle
There is no need to have anymore bags because if I get bored of sniping I should quit crossfire
