player count more imp than ban glitch/hack?

Several of the players that I have spoken to have said they have had the same results from the people that we count on to control the game to make it pleasurable

We all have followed all of the instructions to turn in glitchers and hackers and
when we check our file sharing sites there are 0 downloads this since two months ago !!

It leads me to believe that we need a better service or group to contain this problem.

I know that the persons in charge are not more interested in player count than
having a safe enjoyable game for everyone.

Report tickets are very backed up at the moment. It will take a while before the people that have been currently reported will be looked at.

ususally it takes about 3 days but with all the problems recently id say over a week.

How about letting some people volunteer to check out some of these reports?
it would make it easier and take less time for the ones that are blatantly glitching or hacking
I realize it takes a while but how come some that have been reported as long as a month ago Still haven't been looked at?
If they were viewed they would have registered on the download of the file.
and there Not. Count is still 0 on downloads
