I need some help :P when I use them ingame it's white boxes around them, I tried with doing a backround layer but i had to flatten them if I where to use TGA format :S Plz helpo me

Use Photoshops Optical Layer Edit Effect and It should Ignore the color that you choose. In this case It would be safe to choose white seeing as white is the original color that is a "BOX" so to speak. after that it should be smooth sailing, Ive already gotten half the kill Icon set modified but the only problem i some of the Icons WILL need white. If you want, use the rectangular marquee tool and crop out the Icon Pixel by Pixel, that what Im about to do Right now.:D
Its a good thing their small Icons:D
