no...it isnt....
there is a glitch in that map where you can trap yourself under the bridge thingy and above the bus so your in between them and zombies cant get you
not sure if its patched though... i think it is -
Glitching is when you get to an area of the map that was not designed to be accessed.
In other words, in a wall, on the cieling, etc. If being on the bridge roof was a glitch, then you would fall thorugh the cieling when you got up there. It was built with a surface to stand on, so it is perfectly alright to stand on it.
KZ-ing (a term I bring from CS 1.6, KZ being a mode name where people "climb" the maps) is where you can access high out of reach places by boosting or using jump techniques. This is not glitching.
For example, boosting up on top of the bridge in Zone13, boosting up on the center building in Monaco, jumping onto the billboards in Monaco, jumping on ledges in Mexico, bunny-hopping onto crates and structures in Ship and Train, etc.
Boosting is something I think evey good CF player should master, and the double-boost is even better.
Try this, crouch down and have someone jump on your head. Then, have him jump straight up and you stand up. Now, have him jump up, then you jump, and at the top of your jump have him jump again. He can already jump twice as high, since he is standing on you, and he jumps off of your jump so in theory you can reach areas 3 times as high as you usually can. It works too, trust me on that.
The only difficulty is that CF constantly wants to slide you off of people's heads. Just standing in the open and trying it usually results in failure. You need to be at least against a wall or preferably in a corner.
If you get good you can do what is called a boost-run. Stand on someone, and if you both run forward at the same time you will travel across the map on his head. This is an easy way to reach hard to access places, but take a lot of practice to master.
