Clan Applications Problem

I have tried to apply to a clan several times, but it redirects me to this messed up web page saying "String or binary data would be truncated.The statement has been terminated." I don't understand what happened,a dn have change my applications many times, but the same thing still happens. Is Z8 Games like updating or changing the site? I would really appreciate it if someone will respond to my problem.
