Looking for clan with Vent

I'm fairly new to Crossfire, but not new to First Person Shooters. I'm still learning and trying to get better. I'm looking for a decent clan that has a Vent server (and uses it). Size doesn't really matter. I don't farm or cheat, and I wouldn't want to join a clan that does. Some info about me:

Vent/Mic/Xfire: Yes, I have all 3. MY xfire ID is wolfplayer66
K/D ratio: In pug S&D, I'd say average is about 1.5 to 2-ish. TDM obviously much higher
Weapon of choice: AK-47 or M4. I haven't ranked high enough to own XM8.
Playtime: 1-3 hours a day, typically on during evenings (Pacific time zone)
