New ping level system?

If you guys ever played warrock there a ping system,
If CF had this it would be great so you can have atleast a fair level play
e.g.
Green: 0-100
Yellow: 100-180
Red: 180-300

Etc etc
If you think this idea can be more developed pls post

Well maybe the would have a thing near the match type box when you start up a game where you can make it 0 ping to 150 ping or 0 ping to 50 ping and there would be two boxes where you can choose first and second one.
