A Message From Cygnus
Hey guys,
Well, I know it's been somewhat of a long time, at least it seems for me, since I've even started my PC. I had to divert every bit of energy that I had to keep things in my life together. While I'm not going into detail, I had to work very hard at keeping what's most important, such as college, family, friends, etc. With my 'excuse' for absence being said, I'd like to let the community know what my 6 years at lSSl has meant.
In 2004, I created SS with my inactive brother and a small group of friends in an up and coming game. Through much blood, sweat, and tears, I was able to attain a great group of mature, skilled players who show good sportsmanship in every game that we have played. I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank my long term vets who have helped in supplying us with the awesome popular private and public servers. "Total domination" of GTA wouldn't have been the same without them, eh Nathan? huh I've had some great times, and countless late nights. I want to thank everyone who has provided me the opportunity to become a proud leader of an awesome clan, which in the last 1-2 years has been able to withstand my random times of inactivity. Guess that caught up to me, eh?
Anyways, Crossfire definately has one of the better communities that I've been in. (Honestly, there's muchhhhhh worse! :P ) Keep it up.
Now, for the future of the clan. lSSl will always live on with those members who have been proudly wearing the tag for what.... 5-6 years now?... Damn that seems like a long time. As for Crossfire, it's all up in the air. God willing, we may return to Crossfire, and to being a competitive clan. Depending on the circumstances, I may have to give up my job to someone more fitting. Nothing is for sure yet, but I would sure love to see us thrive. Either way, I'll be seen with a tag in my name till' the day I stop gaming.
Oh, some shoutouts.
Iced: Thanks for all of your effort bro. You had large shoes to fill from some of my old staff and you did a damn fine job of it. Honestly, we couldn't have done it without you. There will always be a spot for you in the clan, wether it be as an actual member, or an honourary.
Def-Con: I'm just realizing that you've been here for a long ass time too. You helped to keep me sane with some pretty weird poeple, as well as training them and working with strats. You weeded out of lot of them for me too. haha. Also why the hell are you so good with an AK in every game ever created? It's rediculous. I'd offer you a spot, but I always know you're on board.
Well that's all, sorry if I bored you, but hell, you didn't have to read it.
Peace,
sS_Cygnus

Well hell, I love you.
Good luck wherever you go.
Edit: It's Iced btw, text me some time if you decide to come back to CF
Double Edit: Thanks alot bro, I tried to keep the clan going as long as I could, but I joined to be a member. Hell I loved "leading" it while you were gone, but I can't lead a clan that was meant to be lead by you
.
Also: A Few people in this game want lSSl back. Guess we didn't do such a bad job? hehe.
Peace bro. -
I loved absolutely every minute being in this clan. Doesn't matter how long I was in the clan for but it just seemed perfect. This clan really helped me with my problems and wouldn't mind going back if lSSl restarts.
I know I didn't really know you Cygnus, but I hope you come back to wreck some domes again.
Stay beautiful

Cygnus. One of the nicest leaders i know. Very respectable and is very easy to get along with. lSSl was definitely one of the best clans respect wise and skill wise for that matter. People will remember SS through all the people that were in it. People who still wear the tag. And through you.

Not as nice as roth, but still nice indeed .:) -
lSSl was probably the best clan I've ever been in, in any game. Not only was the entire clan extremely skilled, but every player in it was just someone who was pleasant to be around. Really the only competitive scrim clan who'd let me blast daft punk, or sing along to ATC, during scrims. It truly was the perfect mix between nice people, competitive play, and having a good time. Its been dam fun,

Cygnus didnt know you but let me tell you something SS was a big part of my CF Career i wasent in them for long but with the people in it made me feel asif i was in them for along time, we win scrims together had laughs but that time has passed i hope you come back and we can then continue to show people what SS can do with our leader.
@sS_ aka Iced.: He done a brilliant job leading SS, till the day i done my tryout until the day i had my sS tags he made me feel apart of the team.
@ Def-Con: Good guy and chill always people knocking on his door or window during scrims
so we was abit mad.
@All the other members : What can i say the best bunch of people you could ever play with on CF. They had amazing personalities, skill, communication thats all you need in a clan
.
Peace.

This Dr.Phil or what?
Everyone's getting all emo...It's a fraking game....
lol,Good to hear from ya man.
I haven't really been playing too much since I left SS.Like the other times I left the clan for various reasons,The game always loses it's interest once being out of SS.
Anyways,Quit with the sob stories and excuses and GTF back on so I have a reason to wear the tag -

hehe. Good ol' Def-con. -
I left the clan because I had personal issues that I needed to resolve. I didn't think that they would be fixed as easily as they were. When I started playing again, I was sad to see that everyone had gone in different directions. I swear I must've bounced around to five different clans but nothing has stacked up to lSSl.

I have the same problem.
Once Cygnus becomes active, though.I'm going back to SS and hope a lot of the members will do the same.
