You guys dont know much Suba/Z8 are just staff they do not do any coding etc they deal with players tickets, issues etc. And they get info from us and give it to g4box which are the owners and have always been the owners.

The change from Suba -> Z8 wasn't "just a name change".

Otherwise, Suba wouldn't still exist and have a website http://www.subagames.com/

They never really gave the community a solid explanation as to why the game shifted portals, and so those claiming the explanation is simply a name change is wrong.

Back at the old company ey? Your not very good in the remember area are you? Z8 IS STILL THE SAME PEOPLE. ALL it is, is a different portal name, WITHOUT the companionship of the other games. The Dev's make and choose what we get. So STOP posting useless things, and read before you post. All Z8 is for is hosting the site,servers,implanting the patches WICH ARE MADE BY THE DEVS, Banning, support, That kind of things. Can people not stop complaining? You'd be surprised what you can find out by reading.

suba still exists,but youre right,just a new portal name and still the same chaos like on suba.

That portal is for another company. It still exists because that company still uses that portal. G4Box broke apart, and Z8Games is our portal now. Same people, just with a new name and site. The other company still has their people for their games too.

So this is my thought

Smilegate developed Crossfire.

Neowiz is a large company which offers Online Games, Internet, Social Networking Service in South Korea.

Neowiz split into 5 different subsiduries, which Neowiz games is specialised in Online Games sector.

Neowiz Games decided at the beginning of 2008 to establish a branch office in the United States. G4BOX entered licensee agreement with Neowiz to operate FPS Crossfire in North America and the United Kingdom. G4Box published the game through the Suab games portal (Wicked Interactive), but then Split up and Made its own Games portal with the game it had licenses of.

In my brain it is like this

Smilegate developed it-->Neowiz acquired license for the game-->G4Box-->Wicked Interactive(Suba) Publish and advertise it-->We play it

Now however I think it like this

Smilegate developed it-->Neowiz acquired license for the game-->G4Box Publish it in agreement with Neowiz with a new Games portal called Z8 Games--->We play it.

I have reasons to believe why suba is gone. Less GM's.. [GM]Light has just dissappered. [GM]FallenAngel was the Game manager of crossfire with Suba games.... while hes just a community manager and [GM]Saidin is Game manager now.

This is just my understanding after a small research......

Basically, G4Box split up with Wicked Interactive and made its own games portal.

Obviously if it was simply a name change than Z8 or Suba could have told us instead of choosing not to reveal what really happened.

If it was just a name change, things probably would be better now than before. And I personally prefer the Suba forums greatly over the Z8 ones.
