What kind of graphics card should I get
Well, I wanted to get a new graphic card cause I got a sh*tty one (SiS Mirage Graphic) and in 8v8 is get like 10 fps I can still play, but since my fps is that sometimes I cant really aim, I live in Canada, so my ping makes me dont lag as much as Im suppose to. So, where graphic card should I get?
EDIT: The reason i have SiS Mirage Graphics, is because when I was smaller I didn't know about which PC had good/bad graphic card, and I chose a ACER, WHICH I REGRET!

Tell him to get a $200 HD 5770; 30 minutes later he comes back saying that he doesn't have a 6-pin PCI-E connector, that the AGP/PCI has been damaged beyond repair and his PSU has been blown, meaning he has to basically get a new computer.
List your computer model first!!! -
Well, if the OP just wants to play CF...I assume that's the case..? Then it's good that he's got an AGP 8X slot. If the computer is running fine, other than a laggy CF, then I don't think he really NEEDS to spend more money just to play this game. And I assume he doesn't really mind playing at the lowest quality settings, which really aren't that bad.
Your PSU is rated at 230W, if you live in America just go to newegg and search up a few low end cards that don't consume a lot of power. Something like a HD 5450, HD 4350, HD 4550, 9400GT or GT 210. Anything more and it will be a waste, i.e, CPU.
I would recommend AMD because their graphics use 40nm tech., so it's cooler running and more efficient than their Nvidia counterparts.
PowerColor HD 5450, and the brand really doesn't matter. Just go for cheapest one.

Hope this helps.
EDIT: About the RAM, you can hold a max of 2GB DDR 400MHz on those two memory slots you have. Get 2 x 512MB, remove your current RAM and stick 'em in. -
He won't be able to use those cards. The system specs show that the motherboard has an AGP 8x expansion slot:

Try these instead:

As far as I know the Radeon 5000 series is not available with an AGP interface.
