Install problem for .rez files

I get this error when i try to setup new version.Its failure to for all .rez files.Can anybody help me ?

everytime if i 100 % download i just can't run the setup because they say that it doens't exist -.-

wTF????? i downloaded 2 times the Mirror 1 of Westcoast and 2 TIMES it doen't run setup

what's the problem?

(ps : i live in Belgium Europe)

dammm this is much faster

well i had the same problem untill i downloaded an older version (1036) then start the game and it will start to patch, but if the patcher freezes up just open yer task manager end the task and restart it again and the patcher will continue where it left off at. 5 times it froze 5 times i restarted it and now im playing . hope this helps

If get any client errors then you most likely will need to reinstall a new copy of the client. If the download for the client is going too slowly though due to so many users downloading it then please try using our bittorrent option!
