Help?

I have been getting this message after repatching CF and then when i try to start it up it gives me this:


Now i have not messed with the files at all but i have an outdated Antivirus that i can not renew because my parents won't let me. And i am trying to redownload the newest version from the DL page but it has taken over 4 hours to complete 34% of the DL...
