m60 crate swat?

this was a m60 crate... seriously, i dont only never get the weapons, i now gain glitched items. is it possible to get a refund 0.o

( and no i dint gain any item or new character ( not having swat twice ))

the blank crate is a display bug only. The items no matter what you receive in there get added to your inventory. We've sent that information to the devs, hopefully we will see a fix for it in future patches.

As for the text displaying swat, I have no idea why it would do that. The m60 crate has the DREAD character in it which is the red mutation mutant. We'll see if there was a further mixup.

If you think you didn't receive an item you can send a ticket to support and they can confirm the items you received from crates.

thx for the quick response, if it did indeed give me an item, i tink it might be the siting fire gr tag ( for sure its not dread, the magazine, the m60 , siting fire bl, the pike, green muzzle or red smoke as i have gotten none of them) it could very be any of the rest though, taking those that i have obtained and beleive would not glitch again are the grenade and nc_ghost: so that leave that it is probably siting fire gr or carnage

I can't promise speed on resolving this one. Only cause our priority right now is on stabilizing the game and the site.

But I've got another documented case of this so we'll have an in depth look at whats going on here as soon as possible.

I got the same problem, except all three slots appeared blank and all three said SWAT. After about 5 seconds the real items appeared though.

happened to me got screeny, sent in support ticket they keep putting it off etc like hoe it happend i say then id then ign.. etc

I get 3 Swats and i lose my Crate? this is So annoying Please fix this .My friend did this but he didn't lose his crate i just see 3 Swats
