High Ping's moving to fast?

How are these guys moving so fast, with ping's as high as 180, 200, 260+.
Is this some kind of Hack? I just came from one game, were I had a ping of 120 and most of
my team had very low ping's (12 to 78). But one clan with 5 players had 250+ ping. And they where all moving & shooting faster then all of us.......................... "So what gives"

And this is a constant speed, not a lag or speed hack. Just moving like they have a ping of 10.

k, was it a constant movement speed that was increased?

high ping will cause a player to suddenly burst forward. example...
player is moving forward at normal rate, then "warps" 10 feet in one direction...

if this was the case then it was their ping..

if they were just out right running faster ALL the time, then it was speed hack. (tho i have not seen one for months.)

lag can cause their fire rate to appear faster also, but only in extreme cases...
