I live in north carolina if which is in the "Eastern Time Zone" which is also GMT -5

there have been announcements ingame and out of game saying explicitly that the patch is at 00:00 a 24hour clock time at the beginning of it's cycle,of which the 12 hour clock equivalent is 12:00 AM

as of right now it is 11:18 PM,so the patch will start in less than 1 hour from now

Ok. Illinois is central time? And eastern is 1 hour ahead right? So when it's 11 here, the patch will start...right? I never reAlly learned time zones
