Why the AWM and the Dragunov don't kill in 1 shot?

Do you what's more fishy about that? when i aim the elbow while the opponent didn't move with a AWM, it's an instant kill and yeah I check his HP and it was 100% hit damage i made. But if the ennemy move and i shot his arm it take two bullets! This is too WEIRD! xD
this is true! i dont understand this and sometimes i hit them in stomach and nothing they still live
is that lag or what?
they were not haking i kill them other times with same shoots -

Dragunov is a one hit KO in the stomach and head, chest shots makes around 97 or 99
Dragunov's dmg also depends on the distance. On close range it might kill with one shot
just like the Awm.
But the lag messes the bullet register. You see a hit to the stomach but it actually hit the chest or leg. Happens alot on jumping targets. -

as every1 said leg it kills in 2 shots i know cuz i always shoot under things like the middle wall in fortress or the doors in monaco or the trains in alaska
In chest always kills in 1 shot for me with both dragon and awm..i rlly dont know the difrence between the 2 except awm is a wee bit more accurate and heavier
ive done a 5 kill with dragon in crossroads and they came from like every direction(aim fail on their part)
all was 1 shot O.o but then again my ping is usually 29 its gone up to 50 for sum reason though o.o and in west coast server where my ping is 80 or so its like every1 tanks and u need more then 4 bullets to kill so lagg is a big part too...
(example u can live from getting hit with an axe or shovel right click, or if u stab some1 in the head and u hear the headshot noise they dont die, and when i mean hs noise i dont mean it saying headshot it makes a diffrent noise if u slash sum1 anywhere else but the head) -
AWM is never 2-hit to any part other than fingers or toes.
Drag? Aim at stomach. From experience, stomach shots do more damage than chest shots (1 hit kill most of the time). I used stomach aiming for some pretty nice shots with the PSG in Alaska.
The stomach is also a bleeding huge target, much easier than HS'ing...so why not? -
Obviously, you need better aim.

to awnser your question servers have problems with registery i got the same problem that i need shoot 2-3 x because my ping went up with 40+ i dunno what your ping is but i think your Europe
