Erm, help please?

well, this is how it goes:

so i went on to earn free zp > suepr rewards > pay by phones > zong and this is where the trouble started.

firstly, i entered my number for the ZP.

Then, i replied with srpoints and it said instiziling something with carrier.

it stays on that and after a while it says cannot confirm.

and i do have enough credit


what really bugging me is that it worked yesterday, is there some sort of malfunction?
