Time for Patch and X-Trap Updates

It's a bit sad that it's Febuary and we still have the Christmas theme.
Also, based on what I just saw in-game, it's time for X-Trap to update as well.
How hard is it to fix up the code so that aimbots and chams become impossible? (This is a real question for anybody that can answer.)

dude, u really are a blind, or dumb? they said the patch will be NEXT week (this week, starting today @ monday) and it will contain new guns and MUTATION mode

Xmas stuff should be gone very soon.

As far as patching aimbots and such goes it is a very hard thing to do. Even when playing large retail games like COD:MW2 I still run into aimbots almost daily.
Even WoW has a limited number of hacks and blizzard has millions to pay people to try and stop them.

The thing is that hackers will almost always find a way around what ever is done, all you can do is try your best to slow them down or make them start over.

due to legal implications that would be very long and expensive process, theirs also the fact that people who hack the game and the people that create them are different legally, it isnt illegal as far as i know to create hack's for games, however it is illegal to use them.

which is why you cant just take the hacksites down, its not that simple.
ive had this conversation with Gm's before, its harder than you realise.

no they're not doing anything illegal cause they arn't hacking the server aka something like a ZP hack or HP hack.

i actually have alot of respect for the ppl that make hacks, bcuz in my opinion atleast, coding is very difficult and requires hell alot of brain power, so i respect them for accomplishing such difficult tasks. its juss unfourtunate that they use their intelligance for ruining the games rather than improving them. nevertheless coding in general is a tedious and time consuming process.
