What Fraps seting are you using?

I cant make the vid to not lagg,usually i got 230 FPS,when i start recording i gets down to 6.5.

yuo need to have fraps record at 60 fps

Then when it says fps click other or something like that and type in 200.

i record at 33 fps half size no sound (my video card broke) i used to record at 50fps full screen
