R.O.C NA team is going under some revamp, after a few problems were encountered which limited their success as a team. The new team is going to be modelled on our EU team which has proven super-successful in more ways than just winning scrims and matches.
It's not to say that eventually some of the members recently cut (or left) will not be back in R.O.C, it's just right now we need to concentrate efforts on getting things right from the foundations upwards.

Because Cyclops is R.O.C for life and you can always count on him to be there and put 100% effort into making something work. He has his flaws like everyone else, but they are also being worked on.
As for his ethnicity or age and telling people what to do? Well... Who would want a 23 year old geologist telling them what to do? But people seem to play side-by-side with me no problems huh?
This is internet gaming, if you can't disassociate "who" exactly is telling you what to do then your always going to be weak-link in a team chain.
