Crossfire on Safe mode

Today i tried crossfre on safe mode.
an xtrap error came up [2-0300-0000043c-229](some functions of the operating system are not working properly due to external reasons)
Does any 1 know how to fix this
reason i wanna playing on safe mode is that becaes on regukar its takes forever
for my pc to load 1 game

I am on windows vista 512 ram

It's pretty simple. Safe Mode loads Windows with a minimum of system drivers, including your video driver. Even if Xtrap would load you would not be able to play in safe mode.

I am on windows vista 512 ram

that is why you are running windows vista on 512 meg of ram vista needs at lease 2 gig of ram to run okay

(i am a computer system analyst so i know what i am doing)

I am still pondering why he would be running the game in safe mode? Perhapes he doesn't trust it, or something is going wrong on his computer. On topic, you can't play CF in safe mode because it blocks out drivers, files, and programs that need to be on while running CF.
