i think to make a eu server they have to get staff in europe get like 10 thousand pounds set up a building get computer to host pay staff and finnaly pay tax adds up to like 50,000 pounds a year thats like 2 much

I would say "never" is overstating it. December, 2012, however, sounds like a pretty good guess.
