its bull**** because probly dozens of ppl have done playspan
for me its been 3 hours and i havent even gotten my zp or gp! i want crates and namecard but wheres my points?!??!!?

Q: How do I buy from PlaySpan Marketplace? A: In order to Purchase from PlaySpan Marketplace, please follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your account at http://www.playspan.com/.

If you wish to buy, pick the item, and add to the shopping cart.

When you are done shopping, click on 'Proceed to checkout' and you will receive a confirmation page to review your purchase order and payment details.

Select your payment method. Depending on the method the process will vary, but in all cases you will be redirected back to a payment confirmation page that states Marketplace 'Order has been placed successfully'.

Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive an Electronic Serial Number (ESN) via email.

To view status of your purchase order, please click on 'Your Account' option and select 'My Orders' tab at http://www.playspan.com/

no email they password suddenly changed when i logged for the first time and i havent gotten any emails

Then you need to take the issue up with Playspan. According to the information posted here on this site you are supposed to receive an ESN code via email once you complete your purchase.

I seriously doubt you were "scammed". If the company was intentionally taking payments from people and not delivering the merchandise they certainly wouldn't still be in business.

One more time: this is an issue you need to resolve with Playspan. If the code they provided to you does not work then you need to have them issue you a new one.

Copy and paste the code.
You mistyped it.

Also they don't e-mail codes any more, they send you a confirmation mail.
The code itself is under "My orders".

now this is a problem with Z8Games i did everything i should have gotten my full order i didnt get crates 120k gp or my nametag please fix it
