ya i have SL and xm8, i rarely use SL now.

The best thing to do is... go play alaska to try out the xm8. If you think it suits you, get it... if it doesnt ... dont ;D.

Although the spray pattern is quite accurate (like the SL), it does less damage. If you want... its like a weakened Scar L which does max dmg to ppl camping behind boxes. Imo... m4+ak is ftw... oh ... and qbz aswell XD... But yeah... go play alaska and try it out first.
