Looking for Clan

I left Pubz because while it was fun, I didnt feel like a individual there. Mainly thats why I think I dislike huge clans.
Im not as active as I want to be due to some RL issues, but I still get on weekly.
My KD is.... 2.45
I *think* I have a mic, (Ipod Headphones from Itouch 3G, supposedly it'd work) I have Vent.
Im looking for a small clan, has to be friendly laid back, and they should do scrims.
Im not a hardcore scrimmer, but I like to participate whenever.
Looking for that clan for me~ ;D
