Block chat = 10-20 fps more!!!!

Hello!

As some of you know i have FPS problems and i need to use programs like game booster to increase my FPS level.With game booster my FPS is around 25-40 depending how many players are in the game.A few days ago i found out that if i blocked chat everyone my FPS increased an amazing 10-20 more! making it 40-50 on a 8v8 game instead of 25-30.

I would like to suggest an option that would allow you to block chat everyone instead of having to block one by one,not mentioning the ones that join the game.Not everyone wants to read the BS of other players,and by this option you shut them up and gain 10-20 more fps!

Not worth the time to implement. Considering its such a small % of people that have huge FPS problems. and im guessing most that have fps problems, probably are not willing to kill all social aspect of this game to get a few more Fps. If it works for you, keep doing it. More power 2 u

I think you need to try again that..and see what is gona hapend with your fps...

Not so much for the FPS gain, but I would like to have a global chat block so you don't have to deal with the wall of text while in game. It gets rather annoying

block teh chat and you will not see when players kick you cuz you "hack"lol,and you might get kicked without a chance to defend yourself XD

Sounds like a good idea, but maybe an option to not block team and clan chat?

If I'm not mistaken, you can already block the entire ingame chat. Just go to options>communication and you can find the option to turn off the ingame chat, I think. I'm not sure if this also blocks the clan chat and whispers though.

My mistake. It seems you can only block whispers.

I'll try this when there are a bunch of jajajaing, crying, annoying, random language speaking nubs in my game
