At Black Market, we can get with 50 coupons a permanent Combat Axe, but we can't get a permanent Shovel, my idea is that you can get shovel with 60 coupons moreless. Post you opinion.

I already suggested this, Actually I suggested perm axe and shovel, but only the axe went in.

Nah, 100 coupons is too much, 60-80 would be awesome.
