Worst i mean THE WORST FPS ever!

idk wat was going on with my crap VId card usualy is 15-30fps 20's full game! this is for the record THE LOWEST IVE EVER BEEN OR U CAN GO! but i was lagging like a bum on cr@ck O_O

I have two video card slots. Or something. Even Crysis is a cheese for my computer. :P Don't know the exact details though.

but 0.1 FPS is the worst of i have ever heard

Sometimes for some reason FPS drop really low. I've noticed that they also drop when you hold TAB. But usually just out of nowhere bam - 5fps. And after some time things are OK again. It is some bug I guess because I pretty much can run all the games full maxed at full HD resolution.
