Help: Ping Problems

Okay, so I got on Crossfire today, and I pressed tab and my ping was 161, when I usually have 60-70.
It's been like this for several hours now and I have restarted my computer twice, un plugged my internet, and everything.
If you have any suggestions please help me out.

My usual ping of 89 has been anywhere between 89 and 350. I don't know why it's become this way as of late, but I haven't been playing much because of it. Hard to enjoy a game I used to play every day when I spend 35+ bullets to kill someone. By the way, this belongs in Technical Support.

My ping is now 70~80 but it used to be 46,then after a few months of OBT and then it ended i had ping of 55 which how it was for all this time until 3 weeks ago.

my ping is cool xD
it used to be 125~140
now 114~140
