I'm now Staff Serg 3rd, should I buy Scar Light or wait till the next patch ( I heard its on Valentines Day...14th Feb)

Dunno what to do, because I hope An-94 comes out because I want that

patches always came earlier than the day, that they were related to (valentine´s day) so i guess, we will have update at aproximately 9th of february
