I lost all of my movie date, i was almost ****ING DONE with the movie and suddenly sony crashed and i lost all of the file,I did save it b4 it crash but someone sony wont restored...i saw this video showing to do restore lost data but its confusing. Is there a way to get all the data back?

Just start making a new one, better one with another program maybe?
If not just shut down ur PC, then turn it off and leave it there for ten years. Then come back 10 years later, you will be surprised that stuff that you thought were lost are there! xD

Try to system restore your computer to a date before you crashed. See if that works.

I feel for you.

I hate losing work on a 3d model or artwork due to a computer crash.
