Map Glitches.
I know that using a glitch to your advantage is against the rules, and thus is a ban-worthy thing.
But is glitching for fun against the rules? If I make a glitch only room surely it's not against the rules?
Or if I glitch in a public room but don't use it to my advantage it's not either is it? (Like if I glitch into a box but don't shoot anybody nor hide in there to make my team win.)
I like to glitch in public rooms because it really tests my speed, normally if I take too long I will get shot so it's fun. xD

You're still glitching! if you glitch in public and/or in your own room you're still breaking a rule, even if you are not using it to your advantage. Also by glitching in public games you are showing others how to do it and thus they will try and use to their advantage. So stop glitching and ruining the game for others! -
If you, to your own opinion, gets killed every one to often whilst not glitching - practise, you will get better over time. Learn how to aim and predict where your opponent is going. In the end it is more self rewarding to be able to say "Hey i am doing really well nowadays". And it gives you a greater sense of pride since you can drop the hopefully bad feeling of being a cheater.
To me its so bull stating that glitching and to use hacks is a funny way to play the game. Play the game the way it is supposed to be played and you will have much more fun.
I have played CF for about 6 or 7 month and I did not do well in the beginning and sometimes not too well these days either, but I can say that I am a fair player and that my KDR is slowly improving for each day. That feels great. Nowadays some players even calls me a hacker and I find that kind of amusing because that really says it all - I have grown into the game and learned to play it the hard way. And I would also always try to Kick a glitcher if I find him in game. I mean it must be kind of boring to be kicked every now and then as I suppose you get when others in the room find out that you glitch.
Stop glitching, be fair to other gamers, practise and enjoy - Good luck. -

I have to agree with your point that others may see me and try to glitch to use it to their advantage, however if all glitchers that never used a glitch to their advantage only glitched in private rooms there would be very, very few people using the glitch and thus this would make it take longer to get patched and the mean users using the glitch to their advantage could do so for longer.
HOWEVER, the Crossfire terms and conditions CLEARLY state:CF T&C wrote:Cheating and hacking are two critical problems which are encountered during numerous online gaming activities to gain unfair advantages. The internet is a huge resource possessing variety of tools to hack or cheat in a game server. We do not tolerate any kind of cheating or hacking which is concluded by our assessment of a player's results. The hacker's information including the current IP Address will be recorded for future reference and investigation.
I do not gain any form of advantage, and thus my results are not changed in any way by glitching, in fact since I don't kill people while glitching, they are lowered. If you, to your own opinion, gets killed every one to often whilst not glitching - practise, you will get better over time.
You seem to have missed my entire point. I am a good, or perhaps decent, player, I have over 2 kdr and positive KDR in almost every game mode.Learn how to aim and predict where your opponent is going. In the end it is more self rewarding to be able to say "Hey i am doing really well nowadays". And it gives you a greater sense of pride since you can drop the hopefully bad feeling of being a cheater.
I already know most techniques and use them all to my advantage.
I am not a cheater. I repeat: I am not a cheater. I NEVER glitch to my give myself an advantage, in fact I have never killed anybody not in a glitch whilst I am in a glitch, however I have glitched into a glitch to kill a glitcher that was using it to his advantage, I then hovered over the spot and killed him whenever he game near.To me its so bull stating that glitching and to use hacks is a funny way to play the game. I agree with you, and do not support hacking.I have played CF for about 6 or 7 month and I did not do well in the beginning and sometimes not too well these days either, but I can say that I am a fair player and that my KDR is slowly improving for each day. I've played Crossfire for nearly 10 months, approaching my anniversary. :P I was rather good when I first joined as I came from another online FPS game. I also have learned to play the hard way, as I always do play fairly. And I would also always try to Kick a glitcher if I find him in game. I mean it must be kind of boring to be kicked every now and then as I suppose you get when others in the room find out that you glitch.
I actually have never been kicked for glitching as people in the room rarely notice that I am as I NEVER kill anybody when I am glitching.Stop glitching, be fair to other gamers, practise and enjoy - Good luck.
I'll continue to glitch, but I am fair to others as I have stated many times, I find glitching, hmm I don't know "fun" perhaps? Because it's just interesting, I don't know why. :P -
Ok - So you might be a good player, ok.
The thing is - even if you dont use the glitch to your advantage against your opponents - You cheat upon your team mates that could have had a player helping them out winning and even help in the sence of that they will get killed less times in that specific game/room. To me a multiplayer game has it built into itself that if you combine your efforts you will hopefully win - all in for the same cause so to speak.
Enough said - I know what you are saying about the way u glitch but I just cant except anyone even mentioning that they want to try to glitch - like push me in pls calls.
Over and out. -
........
A glitch only room is still a public room and subject to the rules. Think about why you would want to make a glitch only public room. It's to run into a wall or go into a box and shoot people because they can't shoot back at you. That's an unfair advantage and as long as the room is public it's subject to bannable rules.
If you really feel the need to run around in map glitches then do it in a private room.
On a side note, most of the popular glitches right now have been submitted for fixes. Hopefully we will see those fixes in future patches. -

that really made me cry (QQ) lolzIf you, to your own opinion, gets killed every one to often whilst not glitching - practise, you will get better over time. but ur right in a way too. -
I am boring I know - but thats how I feel.
I just dont like players that cant follow the game rules. I would never cheat or use hacks to beat a game. That would be too boring and would be like missing the point. Like going to a movie that you have seen before, constantly yelling out whats going to take place in the next frames/scenes, ruining the movie for the others in the audience. Wouldnt you like to have that person kicked out of the theatre?
