Yes he should. This is the same as some kid hacking on CA then getting caught, then going to CF so he can hack some more. They banned him from All WOGL events to prevent these things.
As I said in his other thread: Hackers get banned, get over it. It isn't anything new. -

lol also think of ur situation in a Real Life's View,u went and stole sumthing from a store hence "cheating" the law,if u return the items u are still accountable and punishable under law aka "no cheating" for taking the items. -

I Agree with you 100% but heres the thing, he has a new computer. He has never put hacks on this one for any game. But then still ends up on that list, thats what i dont understand, Unless hes just lieing and is a dirty hacker o.O -

a new computer doesnt matter he stil did the bad deed,and that deed has stained his reputation towards WOGL.and it will always be stained becuz like the law u still get punished. -

He hacked. He got banned. What are you arguing about? If it wasn't a friend of yours you would see where we are all coming from. Some random kid gets caught hacking, but it's on another game, so he can still play in the tournament. No one will think that's fair. No one. End of story.

H3ad. he hacked on his other computer that DID NOT HAVE SCRIM SPOT. But had CA hacks on it. on his new computer. he has NO hacks but scrim spot. How did he get banned? or what for? its literly brand new with almost nothing on it... thats what i dont understand.
Scrim spot should have not picked up any hacks at all. -

Doesn't matter. That's irrelevant. He hacked and he got banend. ScrimSpot isn't stupid. He did hack so it doesn't matter how they found out. He hacked. End. Man stop fighting for him. He's a hacker. -
Wow. If you have ever even bothered to download a hack for the purpose of cheating multiplayer, you are LAME. I don't want you anywhere near CF. The problem is you're going to find a new game at some point and possibly be a PITA for someone else.
I think the answer to your question is: "Move somewhere without internet."
