Is p228 worth it?

Lately i have been thinking of getting a pistol and can't decide if i should get deagle or p228.I want a pistol from either,p228,deagle,or colt,but can't decide.
Can you guys name the pros and cons of those 3 and help me make a decision?

U always want 2 pistols, 1 four your awm, one for your spray gun. I would go with desert eagle for awm, and another for spray gun, but if you cant afford 2, buy the p228

At close range, P228 has very fast draw, decent accuracy, great firing rate and is a 1 shot headshot. If you don't buy ZP, this gun is a must in all your bags. If you do buy ZP, go for the Deagle/Anaconda.

close range deagle kills in about 3 shots. p228 doesn't. deagle is the second best secondary weapon right after the anaconda. look at stats ingame not on website cuse their not accurate. then deagle kills in about 4-5 shot from far range so ya deagle is what you want. if you can get anaconda get it.

4-5? Are you serious? I 2- shotted a guy from the other end of T&D Ship.

p228 isnt a 1 shot hs omg but its a good pistol at close range u only have to spray at their heads

The P228 is a good solid sidearm. I personally prefer the Desert Eagle, but I've used the P228 from time to time and I don't have any real complaints.

colt sucks...
i recommend a desert eagle for your sniper.
if you run out of bullets with your rifle, your either up in their grill or far away where it's safe to reload. knife their ass.
or use a p228. if you have enough money, deagle for both. if not, deagle for sniper. unless you mastered the quickshot+flickshot combo o.O

It is the best.

Colt > p228 if you know how to aim. If you find that you like to spray your pistol, get the p228.

Most people (everyone) will tell you either the anaconda/deagle is the better choice of secondary gun. Not that the p228 is a bad gun in any respect, but those two just have more advantages then disadvantages compaired to the 228.

It's fun to use, and can be extremely effective, so your not hurting yourself by using it.

i have a p228 it's an 1 hit headshot IN CLOSE RANGE i mean really close
get a deagle if u have money. they are both nice but i prefer deagle

P228 is greate and if you can aim for hs,or just know hwo to avoid the neemys deagles shots(deagle 7 bullets),you can beat him very easyly

True, deagle is the best. Anaconda's lack in distance damage is just handicaping, and lack of one more bullet is fatal for a secondary gun, won't kill much. It's the reason why I have 2 Deagles and only one Anaconda. Colt is absolutely worthless compared to an p228 because it have same damage but less ammo. P228 kills with three bodyshots and one headshot, deagle with one headshot and two exact bodyshots (Sometimes happen to leave 1 hp, but this is exaptionnal). P228 have more ammo and is lighter, wich will allow you to gap some more distance than with a deagle. Deagle's distance power is lot better than p228's. A deagle can be used as a primary weapon if you know how to aim, I do better with a deagle when with most rifles. A p228 is a good sidegun for an SMG, as it's as light as a knife (Almost).

I have two p228's, two Deagles, Two Camo Deagles and one Anaconda. My weapon of choice stays the camo deagle, but sometimes I really need an p228.

theres been mass controversy about that, it IS a 1 shot hs kill but only up close otherwise is 2-3

[EDIT]i suggest de for rookies since its A LOT easier to master then the conda wich i use.
