Does the free server program has some time limit of usage?

I am hosting a Vent server on my PC and everything was fine until now. Now none can connect to it but me. And the server is not visible for them when all is set right(IP, port, pass).

It is not the slots ppl can't see the server and I'm the only one in it! Only I can connect to it as a localhost.
