PlaySpan robbed me?

So..
I bought 20k ZP from PlaySpan with my mobile becasue it ended up cheaper than not using it. Everything went fine it took my £19.50 off my phone but I dont have my ZP

It says it's been completed on the PlaySpan website so IDK if it takes a while to come through to Z8 or not?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

They send you an email with a code go check it.

Yeah I have an email from them saying:

We have communicated your payment to PlaySpan Marketplace for the myemailadress@hotmail.co.uk account. Your payment should now be reflected on their site.

But it's not

Go on playspan
Log in.
Click My Account
and look for ur ZP.

Usually when you pay for zp on the playspan site they send an e-mail to whatever email you registered with on playspan. In that email will be a code.

Thats it =/

It says its completed on the PlaySpan website in my account as well.

EDIT: I feel like I'm really missing something. People are talking about a code or ESN which it says on my order so I think I have it but IDK what to do with it..

What you do with the ESN and pass code is:

1. Go to z8games main site, log in
2. Click deposit next to your "my account" button
3. click Redeem Code. type in your ESN and pass code where it says ESN and Pass Code, duh.
4. ???
5. Profit
