Moving to fast for your Ping?

Okay, I see this a lot. Someone with a ping of 200+, moving like they have a ping of 10.
So how are they moving so fast? Now I am not talking about lagging.

I see them quite often. If they move as fast as a 10 pinger, they are just as easy to kill. Except for the occasional (under-exaggerated) spikes where they teleport and jump around like frogs.

really im sick of all the high pingers making game play not tolerable

yeah seriously i dont get this. i have played with a 200+ ping, i found it damn near impossible. i was lucky to get a 1/1 KD, and yet i see these guys with 200 pings happily, i mean Easily getting 2/1 or 3/1 Kds and im like wtf...whats with that? i happily beat people with lower pings, but are these guys like godly or what!

anyway. lag = BS. it happens.

wow... ok just to exsplaine this to pioeple... the only way poeple (telport).. is coz u have bad pcs.... and u dont see the frames inbtween....
i have 180-300fps ..

for me when poeple spike.. they will stop on the spot for a sec or so.. then when spike drops i can watch them running really quick to where they should be... not teleporting.. because i can see the frames inbtween... also why i dont care bout laggers aslong as uynder 250....

over needs like a whole clip to killl unless awm

and everyopne moves at exactly the same speed... speed hack got patched... lol

ye, looks like 200 ping isnt the same as 200 ping
I keep seeing ppl with 10-20 ping, who are lagging worse than someone with ping 400 (stuck due to lag, won't get damage and 2 secs later ure dead and he's already on the other side of map and you hear a 30 bullets burst... - no ping spike, constand "low" ping)

my old 172 ping was pretty fine for me,now ping ~203, a bit more annoying, but it still kind of ok for me...or I just got used to it
the OMFG-JUST-FRIKIN-DIE people are for me the spops on gm...very small tunnel, impossible to dodge too many bullets, shotgun + 6 or 12 bullets =>0 damage but of course, hs with shotgun at VERY close distance impossibly can do some damage >_>

Aye we godly bro. Just don't camp as much [move abit more] and fire extra bullets after you're sure they should have died.

Not necessarily true.
I usually have 200-300 FPS and ~120 ping.
Anyone above 300 ping teleports a little and I see none of the frames in between.
It happens quite often and is so annoying. <_<

Won't help with the South Americans, they will still be here. So the 200+ pingers won't go away, you will just lose the Europeans who mostly have under 200 anyway.
