Clan Page Updates

New in Cross Fire Open Beta we are proud to announce our new clan system.
Please be aware that creating a clan for Cross Fire is a way for you and your friends/group to play together as a team and be able to earn higher rank as a clan while also being able to compete with other clans in matches. Before you can create the clan you need to also meet the requirements needed:

• At least one character in the account you are logged in as must be at least rank “Staff Sergeant”
• Player must have at least 5,000GP in their account for the price of the Clan. The amount will be taken out at the creation of the clan.



Since you are creating the clan you will be its leader. As leader will be in charge of all clan activates such as accepting members, clan matches, and updating the news. You are also able to promote other players to be lieutenants (members who can help you run the clan and all its activates) these member are still lower then you and you may promote or demote players as you see fit up to the limit for your clan.

While using this clan you are still subject to follow all game and forum rules for the game in question or you may have your clan disbanded without warning and with no refund.

To create a clan in Cross Fire you must first make sure you are logged in to the Z8Games Site at http://www.z8games.com/ or just login in the clan section at http://clan.z8games.com/ either way once that is done click the “Create a Clan” under the “Game” / “Cross Fire” section on the left hand side.
There you will be asked to accept the restrictions and rules associated with creation of a clan and being its leader. After you will be asked to ender in the Clan Name (Limit of 12 Characters), Clan Tags (Limit 3 Characters), and a small description. Then just accept the cost of 5000 GP from your character and fact that you will follow all rules etc. while having the clan (or you might loss it) then click create!
Once there you can always access your clan in the “My Clan” section in the clans page: http://clan.z8games.com/ , don’t forget you can always click on any of your members or any other players to also see their stats and how they rank against the rest of the games players.

If you want to join a clan that your friend has made, you can do so by going to the clans page which your friend can send you, or that you can look up on our clan page via the search feature, and click the “APPLY” button under the clan information. There you can enter in your reason for wanting to join the clan and send. After the Clan leader or the clans lieutenants have reviewed the request they will accept or deny you from joining.

• Please be aware though that you will have to be of rank "Corporal" at least before you can join a clan.

As part of our continual support for clans we have now finished implementing the Clan Bank. This Clan Bank is a way for the clan leaders and lieutenants to ask for donations from their clan members in order to buy clan marks, clan items, "item clan packages", and more (Most of these features will be up and ready to use before June 1st). There will be many other new additions coming later on that will be able to be gotten via the clan bank that will make all the clan members very happy.

Clan leaders and lieutenants will be able to see records of all deposits into the clan, how the SP was spent, etc., while regular members will only be able to see what they have donated and the ability to donate more. To prevent certain "issues" we have limited and amount any one member can donate to his clan bank depending on what level they are, please check out the list below for more information on this.

The clan bank will also be the primary way to pay entry fees for tournaments sponsored by SubaGames (Only a few per year).

During out testing phase some of you saw a prototype of the clan bank on the clan page by mistake. Please be aware that this was just a test and was not ready yet, we have transfered all the amounts that users had already put into their banks into the final though so nothing was lost and we are sorry for the issue.


Clan Bank Limits & Rules

Rank Limitations:
• Rank 4 CORPORAL donation limit 200 SP Per month
• Rank 7 SERGEANT 3 donation limit 400 SP Per month
• Rank 9 STAFF SERGEANT 1 donation limit 600 SP Per month
• Rank 12 STAFF SERGEANT 4 donation limit 1500 SP Per month
• Rank 15 SFC 1 donation limit 2000 SP Per month
• Rank 18 SFC 4 donation limit 2500 SP Per month
• Rank 21 MASTER SERGEANT 1 donation limit 3500 SP Per month
• Rank 25 MASTER SERGEANT 5 donation limit 5000 SP Per month
• Rank 27 SECOND LIEUTENANT 1 donation limit 7000 SP Per month
• All higher ranks limited to 7000 SP per month.

Clan Bank Rules & Info:
• The Bank is not linked to any one player, it is linked to the clan only! If leaders or anyone else changes it will not affect the clan bank belonging to the clan with all the SP in it still.
• Once SP is transferred into the clan bank it belongs to the clan and the user has no claim to it anymore.
• Most Clan Items can be bought using the clan banks money first and then the leaders SP after if needed. New items will be available that will help large amounts or all the clan at once in the item mall (stay tuned for more news on this).
• All Ranked Tournaments will require entrance fees that are paid via the clan bank only and can be done by the leader or lieutenants.
• No SP can be transferred out of the clan bank to a player.
• No SP can be transferred to another clan.
