Make like one huge room which can be the reception area and where the patients wait. and one team can start just in front of the Reception table. (BL)
Then there would be a long hall where one side has doors that lead into rooms, but u cannot enter any of the rooms, and on the other side of the hall are windows that looks out to the Ocean, or something else.
On the other end of the hall, there could be an cross-section, where one side (lets say the left side) will lead into the Cafeteria, where tables will up upturned, ready for combat.
On the other side of the cross-section ( lets say the right side) it will lead into a large medical ward, where there are beds all along both sides of the room, (some of which have been turned to its side and can be used to hide from enemies.
Both of those rooms will have a door at the other end which connects into another long hallway, similar to the one before, and finally on the other end of this hallway there will be yet another large room, but this room is an Operation room where surgeons perform there operations. In the centre of this room will have one of those beds that u see in TV shows about surgery and all. and cabinets and cupboards on the 3 sides of the room.
This is where the other team will spawn(GR)
To make it interesting, BL cannot enter GR's base and GR cannot enter BL's base, there furthest any of the teams can go is to the end of the hallways
And to prevent people from just staying inside their base. each person has a time limit on how long they can stay in their after respawn, after a certain amount of time they automatically die.

I like the Idea, that the oposite side cant enter your spawnarea. There is nothing I hate more than Spawnkiller, waiting infront the doors, till u stop blinking and headshot u.
But I like to wait behind a fresh spawned to headshot him^^
