HELP PLEASE ERROR Initrenderer(). Shutting Down

Hi, this is a problem about me and my brother. well recently we reformatted to windows XP and I meet the requirements cause I played crossfire before I reformatted and every other game works for me its just this I cant get on and you might be able to tell i am a big crossfire fan by the amount of Z8 coins and ZP I have bought so far. Anyways i really just want to be able to play crossfire and iv tryed everything. Tryed rebooting,reformatting again,and tryed downloading DirectX. So Please Please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
