Not sure quite why you word it that way, but the only reason there isnt many perm guns is because perm guns = very little money for Z8, which means no CF. So instead we get temp guns, and hence the CF life saver "Black Market"

So if they did add perm, which is always a plus, it would be coupons, or have its own crate.

Perms only good when its crate, or Coupon.
