[!Please Read!] What's This?!?!?! [Need Help!]

Ok so i downloaded crossfire into my laptop.
And when i click on "play" it always give me this message
"Component 'ieframe.dll' or one of it's dependencies not currently registered: a file is missing or invalid."
I also tried running it as Administrator but it still gave me the same message.
Can anyone help?
