CF: Rival Factions

This event will let Cross Fire players finally show their allegiance to Global Risk or Black List, and give the game a cool story that you the fans can influence and have a say in. Here's how it works:

- Choose your faction, either Black List or Global Risk, here. Once you do, you will be automatically put into the game-wide clan for either team. This will not affect your current clan allegiances or point totals! Choose wisely because there is currently no way of going back once you pick a side!
- Visit the Rival Factions page to see the current world map and general description of the event. The world map and past missions timeline will be updated as missions are completed to reflect the territory held by each faction.
- In the "Current Mission" section, you can view the latest mission briefing which finally reveals mysterious characters like Sir Alex Roid and Ghost. Mission One (RF-01) takes place on the Transport Ship map. The scoring rules for playing on this map are given, and the current scores for each side can be viewed. Overall scores and leaderboards will be updated once a day with the first update happening tomorrow morning.
- Depending on the winner of the current mission, the storyline will take different directions. Awards will also be distributed to members of the winning faction, so make sure you join one of the clans.

More or less you choose a side:BLACK LIST OR GLOBAL RISK
What side will you Choose!
After that is done you just play like normal but each time a side wins in either GR or BL game wide points are added to their side.
Now every once in a while a new location will be picked that corresponds to a map we have. Each time someone wins on that map it would then add 3X the points per win for either BL or GL sides. You can look at our page on the site to see what areas are being fought over and which sides were won by what sides during these wars that can last about a month each.
Here is the nice part about picking a side in BL or GR, depending per event what side wins the winners will get prizes etc.
This is a bit brief but it should explain things somewhat, you will need to read the article on it some more and check out for new announcements that will explain things like prizes, events, etc.

You can not change while an event is in progress!
But yes you will be able to switch between events etc. You will only only be able to join at certain times too so make sure to join now and not wait to see who is winning since it will be too late by then.
