Its an internet bug we deal with all the time.They will have it up in a bit im sure..Be patient the apply button wont go anywhere.

i get this:

The way to fix this is by redoing your application text thing, I had to shorten mine so it wouldn't hold as much rows/columns and it worked. Seems its a error with the textbox and such.
