OUTbreak keeps losing starters Q_Q

Need another one or 2 starters to join our WOGL team.

-Decent KD
-Has vent
-Mic
-Not a clan hopper
-Not a QQer
-Not annoying
-No harrasing
-preferbly good with awm, but doesn't need to be.
-Staff Seargent or higher
