XTRAP issue.

I can't believe no one can actually help me with this issue. It's been two days now, and still, my XTRAP won't update. Basically, all the updates work fine, but when it comes to XTRAP, it ALWAYS stops at 62KB/770KB. Then, the whole program just stops responding. I don't have no AV on, I'm on Vista 64bit. Thanks for your answers...
