You can't. They've systematically placed themselves in specific locations so it's become impossible.

I can't tell what ping is bad and what ping is good, cuase I have 9 ping.

compared to 9 or any other low ping, anything over 100 can be called lag,since alot of CS:S servers block any1 over 100...and CS:S is a very competitive game and Very Similar to this game.

most of the time i play late like from 10 pm to 5 am and i still see pings like 180,200,
i even saw pings of 300 lol....
i still think the ping doesnt matter because its only the distance u are from the server.
some people from mexico have fast internet and they get pings like 130 and so on.
i always get 70 ping

Ping so does matter,yes ping = the distance between u and the server but the longer the distance the higher the ping,the more laggy u get and teleport which = unhappy players both of em

well i find laggers everywhere lol,there's been times I'm the only 1 in a room with a ping under 60 yet every1 else was 100-200
